As of reception of the contract and down payments, it will be returned to you a specimen of the contract, signed by our care. The contract will be to present at the reception the day of your arrival.

A guarantee in species of 200 € (degradation/cleaning) will be also requested from you at the arrival. The handing-over of the keys will be carried out only with the payment of the guarantees.

The hiring is personal and cannot in no case to be yielded.

This contract is drawn up for a maximum capacity people. In the event of nonrespect of the clauses by the customer, the owner has the right to refuse the stay.

Will the reservation become effective since the tenant will have turned over a signed specimen of this contract accompanied by the amount of the down payments, that is to say 30% of the stay plus 5.00 € of handling charges:

The pay of the hiring will be versed at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay. The customer not having paid the pay as of the agreed date will be regarded as having cancelled his stay. Consequently, the service is again offered to the sale and no refunding of the down payments and the handling charges will be carried out.

In the event of will reservation less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the totality of the payment be required with the reservation plus 5.00 € of handling charges.

Any cancellation of contract must be notified by letter registered with marked reception.

For any cancellation of your fact beyond 40 days before your arrived at the Camping du Lac, the owner restores the down payments except for the handling charges.

For any cancellation of your fact 40 days before the arrival at the camping du Lac, the owner preserves the down payments and the handling charges.

For any cancellation of your fact less than 30 days before the arrival at the Camping du Lac, the owner preserves the entirety of the amount of the stay and the handling charges.

In the absence of any written message of the tenant specifying that it had to differ the date from its arrival, the hiring will become available 24 hours after the date of arrival envisaged and no refunding will be carried out.

In the event of anticipated departure, no refunding will be carried out.

All the hirings are from Saturday 15 pm to the next Saturday 10.30 am. (in July and August)

The tenant will be able in no circumstance to prevail himself of an unspecified right to the maintenance in the places with the exit of the stay.

Each hiring contains, garden furnitures, the material of kitchen and table as well as the bed protection, pillow, cover (except for bed linen and the bathroom linen).

The material of each hiring is the subject of a quantified inventory which will be given to the tenant. This one is held to control it with its arrival and to point out to return any anomaly and it signed the same day.

The customer is responsible for all the damage occurring of his fact. He has the obligation to be ensured by a contract of standard insurance holiday for these various risks.

With the arrival, a deposit of 200 € in cash will be required . After at the exit and if necessary made deduction inventory of fixtures of deteriorations and/or noted lack, the deposit will be restored .

The cleaning of the hiring is the responsibility of the tenant: at the end of the stay, the installation must be restored in a perfect state of cleanliness under penalty of nonrestitution of the guarantee cleaning. ( 50.00 € )

In the event of departure anticipated apart from the opening hours of the reception, preventing the inventory of fixtures the very same day, the deposit will be returned within 8 day.
